BuyAccount is an online marketplace for digital products such as email accounts, social accounts, messaging accounts, virtual numbers, and related digital credentials. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Products are digital goods delivered online. Delivery may be instant (from preloaded inventory) or manual (fulfilled after payment within the stated timeframe). Stock and availability can change without notice. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; platform policies of third-party services (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.) are outside our control.
Orders are created at checkout. Payment is accepted in supported cryptocurrencies (for example USDT, BTC, ETH) using the exact amount and address shown on the payment page. An order is considered paid only after we confirm the required on-chain payment. Unpaid, underpaid, or late payments may expire or remain pending per our payment rules.
Because credentials are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, all sales are generally final once delivery details are shown or downloaded. Refunds or replacements may be considered only if we fail to deliver a paid order, or if delivered credentials are clearly unusable at the moment of delivery due to our inventory error. We do not refund for buyer mistakes, change of mind, account bans after successful delivery, misuse, or violations of a third-party platform’s terms.
You may only use purchased products for lawful purposes. You must not use our service for fraud, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, identity theft, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party terms. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that appear abusive or fraudulent.
We do not operate Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TextNow, Google Voice, or other third-party platforms. Those services may suspend or restrict accounts at any time under their own policies. BuyAccount does not guarantee long-term access after delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyAccount and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or account suspensions on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
